In 1999 Total Roofing was created out of need in the industry. Local area contractors were not able to provide the services many building owners, landloards, property managers needed. Those big contractors weren't able to find time in their schedules for 1-2 day projects. Total Roofing heard the criticisms and took action.

Mike Puleo was a Local 44, union roofer for 20 years before taking the managment position with Total Roofing. His knowledge of roofing systems and building envelopes is unparalleled. Mike's critical eye and trouble shooting techniques provide the building owners with a complete understanding of the life of the roof and the repairs needed.
